Over the course of 30 days, you put in hundreds of reps speaking in situations that used to feel uncomfortable. Professional L1 is a considered an intermediate cohort designed for rising leaders, managers, and ambitious professionals.

Can I skip ahead to Professional L1?

Students who feel moderately comfortable in most speaking scenarios will be able to make the most out of the cohort. If you’re unsure which cohort to start with, you can take our speaking assessment, here. If you score below 65, we recommend starting at Fundamentals. 

Missing a class isn’t a big deal. Your tuition gives you access to daily live classes so you have plenty of opportunities to practice the skills covered in the course.

We want you to try our courses risk-free. If you attend at least 13 out of 15 of the sessions and are still unsatisfied with the course — you can let us know by email and we’ll process your refund in full.

Once the course begins,  we don’t allow deferrals for enrolled students. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, but due to various factors, we are unable to accommodate deferral requests at this time. We encourage you to carefully consider your commitment before enrolling!

You may also want to consider the unlimited tier, which allows students to enroll in cohorts multiple times throughout the year. This is designed for serious learners committed to mastering the skill of communication, and can allow you to make-up any classes that you miss

We strongly recommend starting with Fundamentals. Our cohorts are proven to give you rapid growth through a structured and sequential curriculum and constant feedback from coaches and peers.

Alternatively, the monthly subscription is more like a self-guided open-gym with drop-in classes. It is a popular option for our alumni who want to continue their training.

Each session opens with a short demonstration of an Ultraspeaking technique. Then, students are divided into small breakout rooms to put this technique into practice. 

In the Starter tier, each room has three students and you’ll be guided through the day’s lesson plan through video curriculum and in-app exercises.

In the Rapid tier, each room has three students and one Ultraspeaking coach guiding you through the day’s lesson plan. You will put in lots of speaking reps and be coached on both your strengths and breakthrough areas. Each session ends with a recap of insights and student demonstrations in front of the class.

After each session there are “illegal” after hours — which are optional 25 minute discussions led by the creators of Ultraspeaking.

Speaking in social situations should feel like smooth sailing. But for most people, it doesn’t. Instead of a natural ease, they get waves of panic, fear, and anxiety. Fundamentals is a course to calm the waters so that speaking feels natural again. You’ll be training universal skills — mindset, flow, confidence — that you can rely on in even the most turbulent environments.

In the course, you will work directly with an Ultraspeaking coach to transform your main focus areas into your new strengths. These will enable you to feel more like yourself in all your speaking.

When it comes to stuttering, the first thing we’d look to eliminate is the self-consciousness that comes with it. This will help you express the most confident and articulate version of yourself. From there, we will work on accessing flow when speaking. This will ensure you express yourself from the optimal state of speaking — without worry, hurry, or hesitation.

At this point (around Week 3) it becomes much easier to tackle specific ingredients you’d like to add to your speaking: musicality, storytelling, etc. Your coach will have an intuition on which areas you’ll benefit from the most — and you can work together to apply these to your main objectives: job interviews, social conversations, etc.

A lot of our students have English as their second (or third) language. Interestingly, we’ve noticed that Ultraspeaking Fundamentals actually improves English fluency for non-native English speakers. This is because each game is designed to help you access flow in speaking. When you’re in flow, you hesitate less and trust yourself more. As a result, your words come more easily.
