Ultraspeaking is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We have taken meaningful steps to make our website and web application accessible and usable in accordance with applicable accessibility standards.

 

Our commitment

Based on a comprehensive accessibility review and remediation process, Ultraspeaking’s digital platforms are designed to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

 

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continue to incorporate accessibility best practices into our design, development, and content updates.

 

How we test and maintain accessibility

To assess and improve accessibility, we use a combination of automated and manual testing methods, including automated testing tools such as axe and Siteimprove, keyboard-only navigation testing, and testing with commonly used screen readers such as NVDA and VoiceOver. This approach helps us evaluate real-world usability across key user journeys, including account access, photo uploads, cart and checkout, and customer support.

 

Browser and assistive technology compatibility

Ultraspeaking is designed to work with current, supported versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, and with commonly used assistive technologies.

 

Third‑party content

Some content or functionality on our platforms may be provided by third-party services, such as payment processing tools or embedded widgets. While we strive to work with vendors who support accessibility, our ability to control the accessibility of third-party content may be limited.

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website or web application, we welcome your feedback.
