Yes. Here’s how it works:

• First Session Guarantee: If you’d like to switch coaches after your first session, that session will not count against your package.
• Later Changes: You can switch after your second or third session, but those will count toward your package.
• Unlimited Changes: You can request to change coaches at any point.
• Please allow 1-2 days for reassignment so we can find the right match.

Absolutely. Coaching is often used to prepare for presentations, interviews, livestreams, client meetings, and more.

If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your session starts. Late cancellations or no-shows will count as used sessions, except in cases of emergency.

No, your sessions won’t expire. However, we encourage you to use them within 6 months of purchase to get the most benefit from your coaching.
